Are You . . .

Looking to better understand the people side of farming?

Looking for a better way to work with family, co-workers, employees, or external professionals?

Looking to provide relevant and impactful development for your clients or members?

InSight can help.

I enrolled in InSight because I knew that my leadership skills that were developed over the decades needed a boost, or a reframe let’s say. I knew that what worked before isn’t necessarily going to work today and in the future. Kelly’s skill, knowledge, and reputation in the field of leadership made my decision to enroll in InSight a no-brainer. Even though InSight is a relatively short program, the “Ah-Ha” moments were plentiful.  Leadership isn’t only about leading people; it’s also about leading yours.

Growing Farm Profits

InSight was an incredible opportunity for both the Canadian Cattle Young Leaders and the Canadian Cattle Youth Council. The thought-provoking content empowered participants to bring new perspectives back to their farms, ranches, and daily lives—helping to strengthen leadership skills and build resilience across the next generation of agricultural leaders.

The online leadership training that we, as youth council members, were able to take part in was outstanding. It provided relevant strategies and resources to utilize in our own work relationships as well as gave opportunities for further learning. This type of training is critical for development of leaders because it has the power to help people transform themselves into the kind of leaders that will benefit the beef industry.
