Similar to LeaderShift – Executive, LeaderShift – Partners is designed for two business partners (or more) from the same business to develop their leadership and their business relationship.
Residency activities are designed for the partners to interact with other cohort partners both individually and collectively, creating an ideal learning lab for strengthening interpersonal clarity and partnership.
Format
- 11 weeks inside the LeaderLab with your cohort.
- Comprehensive assessment including self, peer, and world-wide bench marking. Full debrief with an accredited coach.
- Program Objectives:
- Develop individual leadership capacity according to a goal defined by you, supported by your coach.
- Identify and challenge current ways of thinking.
- Develop capacity to make decisions in the face of criticism and to effectively consult with others.
- Expand Networks.
- Three day destination residency. Combining professional development with a break from your business if you wish.
- Five hours of individual coaching that can be used anytime during of after the program.
