High Potential
Designed for leaders under 40 who aspire to own their own businesses, or hold senior management positions. Ideal participants have been working in a leadership capacity for at least five years.
Format
- Ten weeks in the LeaderLab with your cohort.
- Comprehensive assessment including self, peer, and world-wide bench marking. Full debrief with an accredited coach.
- Co-created development plan.
- Three day workshop focused on developing executive level leadership skills.
